Recruitment Process

Being already internationally recognized in the field of environmental protection, ORGANICA still very much focuses on continuous development and learning, making it possible to stay amongst the best in our market. And also that is why we are continuously looking for talented and prepared engineers in the field of architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and chemistry from around the World to join our team.

Spending most of our time in the office, it is most important for all of us to find the proper job and work environment. If you feel while scanning through our homepage, that Organica seems to be such a place, just send us your application. For making it a bit easier, we hereby summarize our process of recruitment. The complete procedure takes usually 3 to 4 weeks, though it can vary for special positions.

1. Application - CV

You can apply by sending a professional CV and motivation letter via e-mail to the following e-mail address: . Your application shall immediately be transferred to the HR associate of Organica.

Any application that shows potential for an open position or future positions gets forwarded after a pre-filtering by the HR associate to the dead of the department that might show interest. Besides mentioning previous employers and positions, it is important to list the most important tasks and responsibilities of each in the CV as well. While in the motivation letter, we look for detailed description of professional experience. The HR associate and the department director choose those applicants invited for a first interview together.

2. First interview

It starts with a personal meeting with the HR associate and the head of the department the position applied for belongs to. Time span of the interview is around one hour. The meeting takes place at one of the meeting rooms of the Organica office.

Professional knowledge and personal qualities play the most important role. Today being a basic requirement, language skills are also tested. We call back the candidates to inform them if they qualified for the second round or not.

3. Second interview

In the second interview, the applicant meets our CEO.

4. Decision, reply

After a decision made, the chosen applicant receives an offer that is exposed usually in a personal meeting. In case the candidate accepts the offer, she/he receives all the necessary information about the enrollment. The HR associate than stays in touch with the future colleague and helps clearing all relevant questions. All candidates receive at least an e-mail about the result of their application, while their CVs are kept for one year in our data base.
