Blanka joined Organica in 2011 and has since managed R&D grants, established the (virtual) project management office, and led improvements in resource planning, ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. She collaborates closely with the CEO on growth initiatives. Previously, Blanka worked as a consultant, project manager, and university assistant lecturer.
