Organica is currently looking to fill an Associate Director / Senior Manager – BD & Sales position, reporting to Business Head – ASEAN.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Full ownership of revenue generation from Vietnam – responsibility for achieving sales targets in the country
- Identify, develop, qualify early opportunities and leads in the country
- Identify suitable partners to increase geographical reach in the country
- Participating in tenders and putting bids together with selected partners
- Manage the required database and ensure sufficient insight to the organization
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to assume complete responsibility for Vietnamese market
- Oversee coordination with regional HQ to meet the deliverables to clients and partners on a timely manner
- Possess excellent market intelligence and work constantly in positioning the right solution in the market, ahead of competition
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business ethics, codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Bridge cultural gaps and ensure employers makes the right decision with long term vision in mind
- Exposure to legal and regulatory aspects are preferred, but not mandatory
Qualifications and key competencies
- Located in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi with established network
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English – both spoken and written
- Experience
- At least 15 years’ experience in BD, Sales and General Management with at least 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment’s – for Associate Director Position
- At least 10 years’ experience in BD, Sales and General Management with at least 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment’s – for Senior Manager Position
- Technical knowledge on water and wastewater treatment equipment and technologies preferred – but not mandatory
- Must possess a pleasant personality with solid background of relationship building and managing people
- Computer savvy and possess good knowledge about MS Office, familiar with CRM etc.
- Versatile personality that can adapt to working with both private companies and government authorities
- Possess established network in both public and private sectors
