Oscar joined Organica in 2017, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Throughout his career, he has been involved across the full project lifecycle, including engineering, tender management, construction, and commissioning. Prior to joining Organica, Oscar led business development for Veolia’s industrial market in Spain and Portugal and previously held roles at Xylem. After several years leading Organica’s expansion as Business Head for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Oscar now serves as Chief Technology Officer, contributing a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial insight.
