These partnerships offer a win-win proposition, as Organica gains increased distribution for its product-line and partners see sales and profits growing thanks to the unique benefits of being able to offer Organica-powered wastewater treatment plants (WWTP’s) to their customer base.

Organica Water has developed a truly unique yet reliable and innovative approach to treating wastewater, enabling customers all over the world to address urban challenges in a cost and land efficient manner.

What are the advantages and benefits of becoming an Organica Market License Partner?

Here’s what we can do for you:

Exclusivity

An Organica MLP receives the exclusive right to use Organica technology within the agreed territories and project size range. This provides the MLP with the ability to offer their clients Organica powered WWTP’s as a key differentiator in a highly-competitive market, with the following added benefits that give them an edge over the competition:
  • Being able to win more projects by gaining access to new opportunities where reuse is desired, land is at a premium, infrastructure/connection costs are high, sustainability is valued, or odor is an issue.
  • Smaller physical footprint results in lower civil costs, providing additional margin opportunity.
  • Simple to construct with industry-standard equipment.
  • It contributes to the creation of green and sustainable corporate image.

Technical Support

An Organica MLP receives extensive technical support beyond the typical scope of a technology provider. Engineering services are provided not only for the Organica-specific portions of the facility, but for the entire solution for an integrated design describing the wastewater treatment plant from raw influent to treated effluent.

Design work on the proposal level typically contains a complete package of details showing the major features of the facility including: Technical Report, Process Design, Civil/Architectural Drawings, PIDs, Equipment List, Load List and OPEX calculation. This is an extensive time-consuming task which typically involves the participation of multiple engineering teams. One of the main advantages of partnering with Organica is that most of the engineering hours for proposal development are off-loaded from the Partner.

When cooperating with an MLP on a proposal, Organica devotes a full team of dedicated engineers (process, mechanical, civil, architectural, control and instrumentation, electrical) to create a highly-detailed engineering package, which covers all the technical aspects of a proposal: process design of the complete installation and associated technical report, process and instrumentation diagrams for the complete installation, complete equipment lists, load lists, OPEX calculations, site plans, civil guidance drawings, civil bill of quantities, architectural visualizations, etc.

BD and Sales Support

Organica will devote a significant amount of resources to support the partner in initial discussions for market penetration. This support takes the form of physical visits to the target market region to accompany the partner in detailed introductions about Organica to clients and end users, in technical seminars/workshops, trade shows, etc. In addition to this, a significant amount of resources is also devoted to developing custom, and project/client-specific marketing materials to support those discussions further.

Know-How Transfer and Training

In addition to full technical support for proposals and projects development, Organica will invest significant amount of resources for personally-training its Market License Partners (MLPs) in implementing Organica’s technology.

While opportunities for knowledge transfer occur naturally during proposal development and project execution, technical training sessions are established, ensuring that the key technical personnel of our Partners are fully trained in all technology disciplines: process engineering, mechanical engineering, civil and architectural and electrical engineering.

This is achieved through intensive training working with our key engineers and discipline heads at our technical headquarters in Budapest, periodic meetings (face-to-face training) in our Partner’s premises, webinars and customer / site visits. Organica MLPs will identify an “internal product champion” who will receive the same level of technical training as Organica engineers.
