What Does Organica Supply?

  1. What equipment is supplied by Organica?
    Organica provides all non-commercially available equipment which enables its WWTPs to operate as designed. These items are designed, manufactured and supplied by Organica to the relevant third party in-charge of building the WWTP. The following items are the basic package of products that are supplied with the construction of every Organica WWTP:

    a) The Organica Bio-Module, including (plants racks, biofiber media, plants and planting beds)

    b) Disc Filter Units for downstream filtration of reactor effluent

    c) Analytical and Fluid Dynamic Instruments (for monitoring plant performance)

    d) Control System Hardware (PLC and its components)

    e) Control Software, display screens and licenses for plant operation

    Can provide additional equipment packages if needed, however the balance of the equipment for any Organica WWTP is typically locally available.

  2. What services are supplied by Organica?
    Organica provides specific levels of service depending on the needs of the client; these service are key for the design, engineering and commissioning of Organica’s wastewater treatment plants during the complete life of the project from Initial Study, Basic Engineering to Plant Commissioning and Stabilization. The scope of services typically offered for the execution of an Organica WWTP is the following:

    a) Process Sizing

    b) Basic Design including architectural layouts and sections

    c) Site testing for plant control and automation system

    d) Commissioning supervision

    e) Plant operation manual

    f) Training of operation team

    g) Mechanical and Electrical services (supervision of the installation for Organica supply)
